Are you using {cost} or {actual_cost}? I use Voluum and I used to have the same issue where impressions would come out as clicks, but later they add the new tag and with {actual_cost} it turns out fine now. Anyway, it would be great to know if with Trackingdesk it works. I got some people who... -

Tracking Exoclick CPM
I don't know much about Juicy Ads and Reporo, but for Exoclick you should be able to track the CPM cost using {actual_cost} in your tracking URL. This also works in AdsBridge AFAIK. I would recommend contacting Exoclick. You should get a reply within the same day.
