PopAds Landing Question

Hi, I am running a campaing on PopAds with a Landing, I got around 4000 impression I got very few clics just 18 this is like 0,5%. How many impression is enought to say a LP is Bad and I have to test another one? The load speed of the page is around 0.9 segs Thanks

Hi Guys, I'm starting with pop traffic. I am using popads, what do you think work better? popup or popunder? Or it's depend on the offer? In this case I want to Test a email submit offer (Amazon Coupons) Thx!!
