Q: Can I promote iframed CPA offers on BingADs?
I did have more than one hour chat with BingADs AdSpecialist but that guy did not know anything about what is CPA or iframe. So I ask for advice here. Can I promote iframed offers on BingADs? Because I am sure direct linking is against ToS. Thanks for help.- diem11
