Pre-requisites for cpagrip?

Is it OK to start cpagrip with just free domain name? Or do I have to buy it and host. First step to cpagrip BTW.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
