Network Wanted Looking for Casino CPL offers Preferably Netherlands GEO

Hi, I am having a very hard time finding affiliate networks who offer Casino CPL offers. I have had a lot of success in the past with those offers especially in the Netherlands geo. Anyone know a good affiliate network who offers multiple casino CPL offers with payout higher then 7$ ?

Popads always says "We have no traffic with your options."

Hello, I am trying to create a campaign with popads but even if I just do everything allowed it gives me "We have no traffic with your options.". This happens when I litteraly allow everything. Does anybody have an idea about what I am doing wrong?
