    There are many ways to earn money online and I agree that CPA is a good choice. As you are from Europe, I suggest you start with Facebook, you can target European countries, clicks are cheaper and there is less competition. However, read their guidelines carefully, FB don't really like affiliates.

    Adsimilis have probably more dating offers than any networks but it is hard for a newbie to be approved. I would go with MaxBounty and PeerFly, these networks are more newbie friendly.

    T J Tutor gives you very good advice. However, I'm not sure you need to learn everything to start, you can learn in the process. In my opinion, the most important is to choose ONE traffic source and ONE niche and stay with them until it is profitable.
