for starters the fact that you are calling them up should be a good indication that your account is not fraudulent. they should be pretty helpful, or try to be helpful. what country are you from? worst case sign up with a few other networks. rgds- ash0162

Have you tried contacting them via telephone? I am not expert but it could help others diagnose the problem if you could be more specific about how you setup the sub_id wrong. rgds- ash0162
