What type of offers are good for email marketing?

I finally got accepted into a CPA network and I'm trying to find good PPL offers to email market. Does anybody have any recommendations? Also, are offers like "sign up for a chance to win blah blah blah" actually work?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
