A newbie would like to study about affiliate

Hi everyone, Hope you are doing well all. My name is jackmou, a newbie. Suddenly i heard about affiliate and would like to find out. Now I try to read as much as possible to have an overview. It would be highly appreciated if you can drop something to share for newbie here.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
