What's best PPL/PPS to promote via Popunder?
I did a test on Popcash, advertising a mobile adult offer that based on the eCPM provided by the company it has a good eCPM with some specific country, and so I did. Result: 5000 impression 0 conversion. 2 are the option here, Popcash traffic is very low quality or the eCPM advertised is fake...- maxmito
