Quick question

is it legal to copy and paste an entire article from another site to mine, put quotations on the whole thing, and site it at the bottem? i dont see how this could be considered plagarism, seeing as that its sited and quoted, but i thought id make sure thanks to all that reply

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
