How to increase traffic to my blog?

Hi All, I am a newbie in blogging and I have created a blog which to me does not generate a simgle traffic and my blog could not be seen by google. How can I configure my blog to be identified by many who wish to share ideas with me. HOW CAN I GENERATE TRAFFIC??????? Timawus (Samanja)

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
