Is BeBIZ A Good Way To Start?

Dose anyone no anything about The Internet Marketing Center? i was woundering if BeBiz was a good way to get started?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
