How do i get more signups

I am new here. I am tech sales executive with a company and looking to get more signups and sales on the company website. Any suggestions on how i can go about it?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
