Affiliate with AdWords/Facebook - self host - landing page

Hey, Does it´s common to affiliate with self hosting landing page (for remarketing and optimizing) using PPC platforms like Facebook / Google? (send the info via API & iframe) Does the major companies like CJ Afiliate offer this kind of programs? Thanks!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
