I don't think there is much you could do in terms of getting your money back online, the best you can probably hope for is to give them a bad review on many sites and hope that it helps in warning people and hopefully eventually get them shut down. Prevention is the best when it comes to online...
It's possible, although I'm guessing it might have been more worth it in the past, like 4 years ago, when it was paying a lot more, and the market wasn't as saturated and dead as it is now. There are a lot more options available nowadays for earning, especially if you're from the U.S., but yes...
Thanks for sharing your experience. I've been meaning to join BubbleWs, but honestly it seems a little daunting, especially since you'd presumably have to build up a following of some sort, or at the very least would have to build up my article count. Still, hearing about your success story...
I would have to say that it's best to be careful. I've read some horror stories about writers getting scammed out of their articles, and whenever I think about the effort that went into them, I cringe. It's best to do some research first whenever you want to get into a new program or partnering...
I'm terribly disorganized, but I've been meaning to correct it. It's just a little bit difficult because I've started off with little organization already, and have all my email addresses intertwined with different money sites of the same type. If I could do it all over, I would have set it up...
I think having daily updates is best, but at the same time, updating just for the sake of it generally won't really go over well with the audience too. I'd say that the best way is to keep it frequent, but just enough, and only you will know how often you should do it by getting a feel for the...
I use the classifieds all the time, even if I'm not promoting my site. It's great for selling stuff and announcing anything, so I use it pretty much for anything, and yes, especially for sharing my site. It's not effective unless you really have something people would really want, though.
I have been wanting to join in the Youtube partnership program, but I don't really have anything unique to upload yet. I've heard that you could generate a good amount of monthly income from there if you make something that generates a lot of views, but I'm having trouble thinking of something...
I'm not too good with gaining referrals, and until today I can't wrap my head around getting them without having to spend too much time and effort, as I have a lot of other things I spend time on. The most I've gotten in a day would be just one or two and those are just from people I chat with...
In our area, there are always events that serve as mini press conferences for bloggers, and I believe that's the best way to promote and network offline for your site. Also, it's great to have business cards made so whenever you meet someone offline you'll have something to hand them and they'll...
This sounds great. May I ask where you hired this person you are working with? I've been looking into doing the same, but I do not want to spend much, so I'd appreciate more details if you would care to provide them.
I work online full time, but that's only because even my day job is done online, and I do have a few other side businesses that I run including an ebay store. I love doing this because I'm able to do more for earning money instead of being stuck in one place doing only one job.
There are a number of ways you can earn online, but it's hardly worth nothing. Often it will take up a lot of your time and even cause you to be anxious. As for actual things you can do, MTurk or a similar Microjobs site would be a good place to start and get a feel of online earning.
I'm writing for my blog, and BubbleWs right now. I'm hoping to build my blog into a big enough site that it can produce some good passive profits, and hopefully I can achieve that with some effort and time put into it.
I think SEO only makes you discoverable, but ultimately it will be content that keeps your viewers and therefore further increasing your rank and visibility. Both work hand in hand, and one couldn't function efficiently without the other, in my opinion.
I try to keep my titles brief, but that is mostly for reasons of being more efficient rather than for better SEO. I don't think it will affect too much of your SEO if you have a few articles that have long titles, but I think it would look a bit odd if all the articles have long titles. :)
I think as long as you don't flood their pages in a short amount of time, it will be okay. People will understand if you have a lot to share, and if they follow you already, they probably like what you share anyway so they will most likely welcome it.
You might be better off finding a site that is more along the lines of your niche. I think it works for some people wherein Facebook is the actual place that fits their niche, but it should also work in a general sense as well if you spend enough time on it. Don't expect the account to build up...
I don't think there is much a company can do that is too abusive within legal boundaries. It's a free market, and participants are responsible for knowing what he or she is getting into. Most laws will protect an individual from harm or getting scammed, but it can only do so much, especially...
If you plan on doing it for a local community, aiming for a more niche audience, then it would be possible. Having to compete with big companies for a broad audience is an entirely different story though, as those have millions of dollars to back them up with advertising and other means of...
