This is dependent on the natural crawl rate of the site linking to your target.

Get your wallet out and pay for the clicks to your offers from that website to the publisher.
That's why I seldom visit Facebook and ignore the ads I see at X and reddit. This whole business of 'personalization in advertising' is going to implode eventually I think.
