I've had moderate success with it.
Pros: Good upsell uptake which means more commissions.
Cons: Refund rates seem to be just as bad as for diet products (I wasn't expecting this because Ted's doesn't rely on "promises" of success)

It varies by campaign. If I'm bidding on branded keywords it could be anything up to $7 per click. If a product is $7 CPC it's likely popular so daily budget would be around $200.
That depends on what you're promoting, competition, etc. etc. I think a minimum expectation to get started would be $50- $100 every few days.
