How does CPV bidding work?
If I'm bidder #2 for a keyword/URL, will I get any views at all? In CPV, does the #1 bidder get all the traffic, with none for all the lower bidders? Or do all bidders share? (and if so, how do the views get divided?)- yonghoshin

How to test which keywords/banners result in SALES?
If all of your ads/banners link to the same CPA offer with your affiliate link... How do you "track" which of your ads convert the highest? (most sales/actions/etc) UPDATE: It seems that you can do as an affiliate with a "unique tracking code", which is different for each network.- yonghoshin
