I've tried traffic exchanges maybe twice, and it is the worst kind of traffic
(and biggest waste of time).
I stopped after 2x because I noticed one common denominator...
Not once have I ever seen a guru use them for building his business, so I
knew than it was a big waste of my time.
Personally, I prefer paid traffic like solo-ad's
or outsourcing free traffic methods like backlinking,
article submits...that kind of thing.
Article marketing, forums, and blog comments are
probably the only free methods I actually use.
Sometimes, I use video and that works great.
