Best Traffic Broker

I'm new to CPA and i'm looking for quick cash methods. I know there are lot of mixed reviews about traffic brokers. I'm swimming through it all looking for the best traffic broker. What traffic brokers have you had success with? I'll be direct linking to CPA offer.

They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
