It would depend if you are utilize it for SEO efforts or not. Some of the high PR do-follow social bookmarking sites are Digg, Faves, and Spurl.

To my own SEO knowledge, I do not recall that twitter has the ability to generate backlinks. Links on twitter are no-follow.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
