the /s1/ isn't a place holder with our system ... You would append your prosper202 after the link so it would be: theinterwebs.space/c/p/11111/c/222222/s1/[[subid]] so by default in all links you pull from us you would just add [[subid]] to the end.- PointClickKen

Best offers to promote in countries outside of US
I've found that many of the Single and double opt-in offers, tend to work well in the INTL market and are typically always worth a test especially if the traffic is cheaper. Not sure what your eBook is about but less offers typically is better. But if you can find offers in your locker that somehow relate to what your eBook is about, that could help as well. Would be wise to include mobile and web offer options as well.- PointClickKen
