Monitor clicks on outgoing links

Hello guys, I am looking for a way to track links that a user clicks, which are outgoing links. I would like to measure the effectiveness of certain products on my website. Any suggestions how to implement this?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
