Where to get Device ID traffic?

Hey guys, I've been finding that all major branded apps have been demanding to get device ID's (IDFA and GAID) passed back to them. What are some exchanges and traffic sources where this inventory can even be accessed? Best, Nathan

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
