Just post your articles as unformatted text. Or if they allow it, use unformatted text plus simple markup like < b > and < i >.- mojojuju

SEO friendly menu?
Just keep it simple. Use an unordered list menu styled with CSS. There will be no problems with indexers parsing it. Avoid Javascript and <gasp!> Flash menus and you should be Ok! Take a look at Listomatic or some of the menu examples at Dynamic Drive.- mojojuju
