Get rich quick schemes are mostly scams. It really comes down to if it is a reputable website or if has multiple reports of it being a scam. Before I even THINK of joining/investing in one of those methods. I make sure to do a thorough search on Google and see if it has good/bad reviews.
I have purchased multiple eBooks online thinking they would actually help me make some income online. Boy was I wrong there! Only one has worked out of the hundreds I have purchased and that one didn't even make that much! I would recommend staying away from eBooks. Just my two cents.

Like most other people said the best way would be to sell adspaces on your forum or get approved for Google Adsense and make some money off clicks. Good luck on your venture!
