At the namecheap, you should be configure as the custom domain ... which point to dns which supply by your wordpress hosting .....
at your wordpress hosting ... you custom your cname point to your subdomain ( not at namecheap but at your wordpress domain hosting ... because now your domain is...
if your landing page used to create a lead than you need setup is as the offer not as the landing page in bemob... and then pass the clickid param at the bemob to the offer ..... clickid should be can capture
if you are using firefox or chrome try to press f12 and click network...than try to add fund and see the status on the table.....but i think the easy way is contact popads support.
one thing forgot to mention, if you are doing cod, post back can be fire when the lead at status "hold","reject" "accept" "trash", in case you are not using 3 party, i think you are better setting only for status "accept"
you need to know how to capture "clickid" or "externalclickid" from your landing pages, almost all the tracker or traffic source link by "clickid"/"external click id". if you want used javascript you need to know how to use ajax and then onclick (or maybe some event trigger if not onclick...

if you are using tracking and you have multiple landing pages (each language) than its should be easy to point user base on their country by using tracking tools (like voluum)
