    It's blind traffic. Basically you browse a porn site, you click on an image and get redirect to another site. That is called feeder / blind traffic.

    Exoclick lets you choose the carrier last i checked. So you should be all good there. If you get wifi traffic you can just redirect it to a different offer or sell it to another broker.

    Retargeting and selling traffic back to another traffic broker. Basically buying traffic from one source and selling the handset/carrier you can't convert but paying for to another traffic broker who is buying your traffic. Easy, profitable and doesn't require a lot of technical skills...
