    My name is James Polk, and I am the Trustee of Apex Law Service. I have about 25 Attorney Clients in the San Diego Area and we have about 30+ Independent Paralegals who have a standing arrangement to do paralegal work for the Attorney Clients on cases that we drum up for them. I went through the USD Paralegal Program in 2014 and began working as a self-employed legal industry professional as an LDA and then moved into Paralegal Sub-Contracting.
