my first compain i have 700 $ to start with

hi all am from morocco i need some advices to run a cod offer from adcombo i have 700$ to strat with i know facebook ads very well i was working on adsense arbitrage and now i wanna continue on cpa so if anyone can help me or suggest me what to do with this 700$ in cpa i will be glad to hear...
