Which freelance script is the best?

I want to start a freelance site, much like elance however, possibly with products and services? Which freelance script would you recommend and which is the best?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
