All PTC sites are awful. You need to waste a lot of time to get paid miserable. And sometimes you don't even cashout because you need a lot of points and you quit halfway there.
I totally agree with you. I really don't know why are there so many people stating that html is a programming language. Ruby is a bit hardcore for newbies don't you think?:whistling:

I think it depends a lot of the work complexity. I don't believe i need more than 2 people to make a task, hard or simple. But if i need three/four different tasks to complete my work, i may consider having 2*(Number of different tasks) people as staff members.

Although i really like joomla, wordpress is far more popular than the rest of the competition. Personally i don't understand how can wordpress "control" this market since the only major problem of joomla is using a lot of resources from the servers
I've started with Python and i noticed that it was easier for me to tag along then others that started with C or Java. I don't know if i'm a genius or in fact Python is easier then the other two :p
Reading books, but mainly by searching stackoverflow. Of course i learned by doing some messy codes(my first was a mom joke generator. I don't know if i should be proud or not )
I only get staff that i trust. Basically i only accept staff i know for some time (i am not talking about long time friends, but someone i know that will suffer as much as me for the sake of the project).
Well, although long posts can be very dull or not so constructive, in my opinion it's still the best way to control the quality of posts in a automatically fashion. Of course we could make a script that doesn't count "LOL" or "ty" or words used for spam but it still wouldn't fix the main problem...
