Aweber Alternatives?
I have used Listbox in the past and I was happy with the results. Listbox used to be free earlier but now they have dropped the free option. Forums are the best link builders.
Some great information in this thread! People often use shortcut methods like building profile backlinks and including links in signatures. However, it makes sense to invest more time and include links in the posts along with meaningful content so as to reap the SEO and traffic benefits for years.- bryce12

Do backlinks from Flickr images count?
I am not an expert as far as Flickr is concerned but if the link is an actual hyperlink and is visible without logging into the site then it should count as a backlink. unbel has given excellent advice here; try to get links from as many types of sites as possible without worrying about...- bryce12

Article submissions
Article marketing is not as effective nowadays as it was before the launch of Google Panda. Still I recommend submitting articles to top articles sites with high Pagerank as it will help you in the long run.
