From what i can advice, never run wifi traffic unless other wise stated in the offer. Mant advertisers do not notify when user subscribe from a pin flow. Carrier targeting suppliers for Facebook
Hi, from what I know it is currently not possible from facebook. however there are other ways to do it, by using tracking tools and redirect the specific carrier traffic to the matching offer. Of course this needs to be done carefully with facebook using redirections- bouha
