    Actually, just this morning, I discovered (to my astonishment) that the CAN-SPAM Act does NOT require that people opt-in to receive emails from a marketer. What is required (among other things) is that there be an easy way to opt OUT from receiving additional messages. This is what the act states.

    What I'd like to know is if it's ever wise to use these types of apps with affiliate marketing or internet marketing in general. I mean, it's fine to get email addresses of people in your niche but if you send unsolicited messages to those addresses, isn't there a high risk of those messages...

    This game would've been better if only the second word could be used in each subsequent post. So, let's say a person posted blonde hair, the next person would have to post hair grease or something else starting with "hair". Blonde jokes or "blonde" anything else would not be accepted.

    Absolutely. Both of my desktop and laptop are PC. I know lots of folk are diehard Mac fans but I don't currently foresee any in my future.

    Well, I don't know about the free ones but Jay Wessman's Way Cool Gadgets site (I just love the layout of that site!) uses a non-free theme called Sidewinder which I think would be well worth the investment. I used this cool tool to figure that out btw.
