not unless you have a lot of money to throw in. Those people get off to a very quick start. If you are trying to build using minimal financial resources, that is a slow and steady process which needs to nurtured, and brought along with hard work and patience.
go look at clickbank and commission junction - they have lots of ideas about what is selling on the internet.
Staying focused is very difficult to do, there are so many ways and everyone has the best idea.
I think audio/video is the way to go!! Look how youtube has exploded - and all of the business that are promoting on it. And the landing pages that speak to you are capturing peoples attention.
People don't read through most of the landing pages. If you don't capture them on the first page...
