The online video sharing service YouTube caused some serious problems for a 15-year-old teenager after he posted a video showing his teacher on the official page of the service. According to the Washington Post, Toni Vesikko has to pay $120 for defamation, $1000 for harm and suffering as well as $3000 for court's actions. It seems like the schoolboy recorded his teacher while
she was singing at a school party and uploaded the video on the popular sharing service YouTube. Although he said it was all meant to be a prank, the Nurmes District Court found the boy guilty.

"But the court said Vesikko's actions "falsified facts" _ about the institution and the teacher's mental state _ and caused her to suffer anxiety, depression and insomnia. The video was watched more than 600 times before Vesikko took it off Google Inc.'s YouTube on May 7 on the orders of the principal of the school, near Lieksa, 330 miles from Helsinki," the Washington Post wrote.

The interesting fact is that the teenager posted the clip on YouTube along with a short description, saying about his teacher that she's "a lunatic singing at the karaoke of the mental hospital."
