Hello guys,

I have a blog related to Windows 7 and we all know Windows 7 is one of the trending topic on the Internet. If you are a true tech geek then it would be fun for you to develop this blog much more with your knowledge.

The big advantage of this blog is its domain name. It is short and attractive. Another important aspect of this domain name is that you don't have to pay more attention on SEO as the domain name itself has good keywords. Have a look at the domain below.

Domain name: Windows 7 Tips and Tricks [Windows 7 Tips and Tricks]

Well,

The internet has become a place to interact, communicate, conduct business and make money. A new phenomenon that is taking the internet scene by storm is blogging. Blogging is adding your thoughts or input about a particular topic that is of interest to others in an internet page. There are many methods that you can use to begin to make money from blogging on the internet. It is wise to adopt these guidelines before you begin blogging in order to better your chances of being successful.

Blogging is an amazing way to make money online. Even so, getting started and trying to make money is scary. The statistics on bloggers who start out and fail is even scarier! The good news is that you don't have to take any chances - you can become a successful blogger when you use tried and true methods!

Actually, the blogosphere also can be a source of passive income streams. You can earn residual income while blogging down your advocacies. You can invite ad posts into your blog-site. Each ad is equivalent to cash depending on size. By doing this, you are just guaranteeing a monthly income of up to thousand dollars. Essentially, the blogosphere created an ideal situation for earning a living.

So you want at least $40 for a domain that generates $1-$5 REVENUE per month. Let's say it averages $2.50 per month. That would mean 16 months before the initial investment was paid back assuming you make 100% profit, which is of course impossible.

Now, let's say hosting for this domain costs $20 per year - reasonable?

OK, add the $20 to the $40 and the site would now take 24 months to pay back the initial investment. But that's now two years so we need to add another $20 cost for hosting taking the total to $80.

In 24 months Windows 7 will be old hat and so the chances of making any profit from this domain is very small.

Now, lets say that you pay 20% tax on any profits then that $2.50 earnings per month becomes only $2 per month. Now the payback is 30 months not including the second year hosting and half of the 3rd year hosting. Yet another $30 down the drain.

I haven't even mentioned the cost of the webmasters time transferring the domain and running the site.

You could probably carry on like this and never see a profit from that domain.

It's worthless. It's not making an average of $2.50 - that's revenue, not profit.

It's running at a loss in my opinion so you would have to pay me to take it. lol
