Wordpress 2.7 - comments over multiple pages

I have just updated a couple of blogs to 2.7 and have been playing around with the comments over multiple pages. These is important from an SEO perspective as not all comments are indexed by Google i.e. when there are lots of comments.

In admin, settings, discussion you can do this:

Break comments into pages with comments per page and the lastfirst page displayed by default

However, on my blog they still appear on the same page but with different URLs e.g.

domain/post/comment-page-1/#comment-1110
domain/post/comment-page-2/#comment-1111

Any ideas how to fix this?

I'll answer my own question for the benefit of others. Basically the theme you use needs to support these new features. All I did was replace the comments.php file in my theme with the Wordpress 2.7 comments.php in the default theme. I now have support for multiple pages of comments and threaded discussions - pretty cool : )

I was wondering if there is any way to direct the top navigation links to another webpage outside wordpress, as ive tried it with my blog but it keeps linking back to the home wordpress page.
