I believe that email marketing will continue to grow. More and more people are shopping online. Almost all of them are looking for the best deals. Not if you want to target a younger generation, I am not even sure if young people use email anymore since they have so many ways to stay in touch with each other now, heck, even some people consider that Facebook itself is on the decline and that you should target more newer social media platforms.

I cannot really see anything taking its place, but then again I have been wrong about things like that before, so I would not be surprised either way.
