Four prisoners are sentenced to death.

On them have put on two white hats and two black hats. Men initially don't know what color a hat they carry. Four prisoners, have built one after another (see the drawing) in such a way that:

The person 1 can see men 2 and 3.

The person 2 it is possible to see the person 3.

The person 3 doesn't see anybody.

The person 4 doesn't see anybody.

The judge has promised any prisoner who has called color of the hat freedom.

Question: Who called color of the hat the first? )))

P1 says nothing, because he knows he could wear both black and white.

Since P1 is silent, P2 concludes correctly: P1 is silent, so he sees both colors, black and white, and therefore better shuts up, because he also could wear both colors.

So P2 knows exactly: If P1 sees both colors and he (P2) himself sees only a black hat, then his own hat (P2) must be necessarily white.

P2 would be be winner of the judge's game
The only problem thereby: White hats never get sentenced to death - lol
