Where to Find CPA Guide in the Dojo?

I have read the newbie guide and just joined the Dojo to learn how to setup my first CPA campaign. However I can't find any guide to help me get started with CPA. I am also interested to read some case study on CPA in the Dojo but can't find any. Can anyone point the link to get the following 2 guides? Thanks.

Read and re-read K's guide.

You will have a first overview of all CPA methods,

and then you have to decide with which method you want to start.
