So what is the biggest single conversion you have had and where did you get it?

I got mine from a free giveaway email submit using youtube to promote it. It was $2.50 US Conversion.

£120 GBP for a form submit (10+ fields) back when finance was booming. I doubt there is anything at those levels out there these days unless you start putting financial leads on the backend to receive a percentage of the conversion.

The conversion was received through a targeted financial site that was promoted on Google Adwords.
