Start by going to YouTube.com and you will find a lot of information for a newbie and more.

I had started with going through teeprofits.com . It is a great course by Wilco and provides some great insights about every aspect from T-shirt design to advertising on Facebook. Though it is a bit old now but most of the things stiil apply.
