I’m pretty new in this stuff, so I’ll be very glad for any help.
I’ve got not really big network, 37 PCs, storage with total capacity 30TB (HP HDDs). My object is to optimize internal data transfer (properly photo and video files) and provide robust backup and business continuity. What is the best way to do that? We’re using Windows. My budget is not really big.

I think you might want to use a dedicated file server for this purpose. It is easy to manage and would be more stable and efficient. Of course, this server might be built on linux or windows.

Windows is good(I hate linux). But how about data transfer among the computers?
