What is the best free software or script to use for email marketing?

I have 3000+ email ids in csv file..

So i want to send all of them an email about my new website but it should not go into spam folder .

Can anyone suggest me any good softwares or scripts for that?

Mail Chimp is free for the first 500. I think ZOHO.com has a email client that is free also

Mailigen is good for email marketing if you dont want the hassle of installing youself.
Also Emailserving is cheap, not quite as good as the rest. Google links.
