You can use it on your incent CPA/PPD related sites when you are offering your downloadable stuff.
It is how it is looking,of course it is fake virus scan which one will increase your CR and it is the best to use under "Download" button in my opinion.

I've seen that Cpagrip uses this script with one of their lockers.
I used this in the past and I can definitely say it works.
