Microworkers is a good example of this, just go and check it out. I have never bothered with this technique because you don't learn how to really market CPA offers.

It varies from offer to offer. If your not sure the method is allowed or not, you need to contact your AM and ask him directly, else you might risk getting banned.

incentive offers MAY work, but i would always check with your AM as I've seen accounts get banned for this.
