Tracking problem with Adwords and Affiliate Networks

Hi, I'd began work with US and Europe affiliate networks. Generally I'm working with CIS affiliate networks. And at once I faced with problem with Adwords and affiliate networks.
I run traffic on mobile app.

What I do:
1) I create campaign on mobile apps on Adwords
2) When I create creatives I put in Final URL link on PlayMarket or App Store and in Tracking template I put link which gives me affiliate networks.

I have problem with clicks. Clicks not counting. I don't know why?! I tried put in tracking template direct tracking link it wasn't working and I tried put tracking link from affiliate networks to my own tracker and then put generated link in tracking template. Clicks not counting all the same. I tried 2 trackers.
What I do wrong? How to fix it?

Hi, I used CPATracker, APPMetrika and tried without tracker. Result was the same - no clicks in report of affiliate networks, no clicks in tracker and there was clicks only on Adwords
